When to consider it
Consider Tetras when you already use a supported Bambu AMS and need four independently controlled compartments. Its four controls solve a different problem from four spools sharing one chamber or two zones. The manufacturer lists compatibility with AMS1 and AMS2 Pro, with an adapter required for AMS2 Pro; printer-system fit therefore takes priority over the temperature filter.
Check before ordering
Choose Tetras, not the two-chamber Dyas variant on the same store page. EIBOS publishes 20–65°C based on a 25°C environment and a maximum individual reel size of Ø205 × 68 mm. A listed low setpoint is not evidence of active cooling below room temperature. Include the existing AMS, required adapter, installation and lid-opening space when evaluating the complete setup.

Alternatives worth comparing
AMS 2 Pro is a complete material system with its own drying feature; Tetras is an add-on for compatible equipment. If the goal is simply to dry a batch away from the printer, compare the standalone four-spool models instead.
